JOB DESCRIPTION
DAILY ACTIVITIES:
* Do store checking (warehouse, selling area, and bad order section).
* Make purchase orders through proper approach (determine correct off-take plus buffer quantity for delivery lead time).
* Collection of overdue accounts receivables.
* Discuss all business issues and concerns thru authorized persons (buyers, store managers, etc.)
* Presentation of new products, promotional activities, and price increase advice.
* Attend to and address customers' complaints.
* Make and provide competitive reports.
* Do post call analysis.
* Compliance to procedures, guidelines, policies, and perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
WEEKLY ACTIVITIES:
* Prepare weekly summary competitive reports.
* Prepare weekly updates of purchase orders.
* Prepare weekly updates of collections.
* Prepare weekly updates on issues and concerns.
* Make sales forecast versus sales target.
* Submit monthly itinerary.
* Provide monthly expiration reports of each and every expiring product.
* Monthly checking of all inventory folders of each and every assigned account.
* Attend pertinent training, on request.
* Attend company meetings as required.
JOB QUALIFICATION
* Graduate of any 4-year course preferably in Business Administration and Marketing.
* Male or Female
* At least two (2) years of work experience in the same field.
* Computer literate, familiar with MS Office.
* Physically fit and able to travel from time to time.
* Keen to details and must be pro-active.
* Skills in organization and prioritization.
* Strong team player and leader with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines.
* With general Mathematics skills.
