Job Description
Lead the bakery team in daily production and ensure consistent quality of all baked goods.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and seasonal offerings.
Maintain bakery equipment, monitor ingredient inventory, and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Others or similar fields.
3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef specializing in bakery and pastry production.
Strong skills in bakery techniques, including bread, pastries, and desserts, with a focus on quality and presentation.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards in a bakery environment.
