Most notably being entrusted by progeCAD SLR with the countrywide distributorship of their complete range of products and being the only company with Authorized Rhino Trainers and Reseller of Rhinoceros 3D, including its industry leading plug-ins V-Ray and VisualARQ. Recently accredited by SketchUp as a reseller, the company has increased it forte of reputable software products.
 
Added services such as design consultancy, software training and most importantly the inclusion of “Project Office” heralding new partners for Architectural services, has evolved the company into carving a niche in architectural design. Adding to wit a specialty design-build service for parametric generated projects, brings a lot of depth and stability to our product and services line.

JUNIOR DESIGNER
 
Job Summary
 
This position supports the Senior/Project Architects with tasks evolving collaboration with foreign projects as well as local ones. He/She must already be adept with information required of a complete set of construction documents. Extensive field experience is not a necessity but must understand how the construction process progress. Must have great attitude, can mentor, and a team player.
 
The goal is to contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned duties are carried on timely and efficiently.
 
Responsibilities
Ensure All Production drawings and specifications accurate and error free.
Assist in Architectural projects from inception to realization.
Assist the project architect and manage project team.
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure and accurate.

Qualifications:
Recently Licensed Architect or non-registered graduate.
Preferable 2-3 Years Experienced with a respectable architectural firm.
Proficiency software such as CAD and BIM preferably Archicad
SketchUp, V-Ray, Rhino 3D & Grasshopper, Photoshop & Illustrator is a plus.
Excellent verbal and communications skills.
Organized and Flexible.
Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu City.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Willing to work from home temporarily with good internet connection
