IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
 
Role and Responsibilities:
Perform analysis on designated client hardware and software.
Resolution of errors and documentation of system performance.
Ensure hardware compatibility with the software.
Perform tests and troubleshoot issues.
Make outbound calls to contact customers or clients.
Send messages to customers or clients through chat or email.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT or any related field.
Good verbal and written communication skills (English)
Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
Technical support or any related experience is a must.
Knowledge or experience resolving hardware or software issues.
Knowledge or experience in utilizing SQL.
Knowledge or experience with Windows servers.
Knowledge or experience in using active directories.
Knowledge or experience in network troubleshooting
Can maintain internal error logs and provide support.
Should be willing to work on-site (this is an on-site position).
Should be willing to work full-time (this is not a part-time position).
Should be willing to undergo training.
Available to start immediately.

Basic pay is up to PHP 25,000.00 upon contract signing.
