INVENTORY CONTROL TEAM LEAD
Job Description:
Ensures inventory wall to wall count is performed as scheduled or makes necessary adjustments on schedule as needed.
Ensures compliance visits are regularly performed by the Compliance Analyst.
Process counts in the system and ensure all inventories are accounted for, and reconcile actual count against the system
Prepares and participates in 100% Stock Count in DC (Wall-to-wall), and conducts orientation in Physical Count Procedures
Develops corrective actions for all inventory variance and compliance issues root causes with Store/DC Operations.
Reviews and checks pending transactions (PO, Transfers, RTV, and Adjustments) and notifies stakeholders of irregularities
Job Qualifications:
A graduate of BS in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or business-related courses
With 2 years of experience in inventory management.
Willing to travel (Visayas and Mindanao)
Willing to be assigned in Mandaue City, Cebu
