JOB SUMMARY
Client Success Specialist (Intern) - responsible for assisting and resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities. The main duties coordinate with the development team to provide answers to clients' inquiries in an empathetic manner. Give her client's feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
JOB CONDITIONS:
This position is a WFH job/internship setup.
The schedule would be Monday to Friday between 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM (graveyard shift).
Must have own laptop/PC, internet, headset, and camera
3 months Intern/OJT with P150.00 allowance per 8 hrs shift
Graduating students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree student with IT or any related course
Must be willing to be assigned to the BubbleHelper and Client Support Team
Good communication skills
Fast learner, detail-oriented
Able to work under pressure
Self-managing and able to collaborate with offsite team members
