Position Summary:
 
As an Information Security Analyst, you will establish, document and monitor compliance with information security policies and procedures. You will also perform IT administration, maintenance and provide end user support when required.
 
Your Responsibilities:
Information Security Management
Preparing and monitoring compliance with IT procedures and policies
IT systems administration
Supporting internal staff via IT help desk.
Sourcing and procurement, installation and maintenance of IT software and hardware
Your Competencies:
Working knowledge of ISO 27001 and familiarity with modern information security best practices is an advantage.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows (server and desktop) and Microsoft 365 administration.
Understanding of TCPIP network hardware, configuration, and management.
Experience with VMware and other virtualisation technologies.
Familiar with Dell or equivalent server hardware
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
Experience in corporate client interaction.
Working knowledge of ITIL preferred
Strong English-language verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality results
