Job Description
Uses a range of methods from standard and well-established routines to specially adapted processes
Troubleshoot electro-mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment using hand tools, and precision measuring and testing devices
Conduct regular PM on electrical systems, panels
Prepare and maintain procedures and work instructions to ensure a high level of quality and productivity
Assist the Production Supervisor in searching for technical solutions to the various production issues
Suggest and evaluate new ways of working, layouts, tools, in order to increase productivity
Assist the Production Supervisor in identifying and implementing performance indicators related to the goals for the plant's different areas
Take part in the new product development process
Work in close collaboration with the engineering and production groups to prepare the manufacturing roll-out for new products
Evaluate, approve and implement engineering changes (PCR/PCO
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Good English communication skills
High school graduate or with relevant Technical Vocational Education Certificate.
Minimum of 5 years working experience in related field.
