A fast growing real estate and food business in Cebu is looking for dynamic and competent individuals to join our workforce to fill in the position of:
 
INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER / PCO
 
Qualifications:
Must be a BSIE.
Preferably with experience at least one (1) to two (2) years or more.
General Function:
To perform the approved design and planning of all facilities.
Oversee and execute the policies and procedure made by the ECDC- Facilities Management group.
Assist the operations head on technical works.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Report every month on the improvements of the policies and procedures made and all projects under your jurisdiction. These projects must attach an accomplishment report signed by the other supervisors.
Monitoring and controlling the quality of work of all assigned projects.
Ready to serve or can be called all the time on every emergency works.
Make a monitoring checklist or perform preventive maintenance schedules to supervise personnel.
Willing to be trained as Pollution Control Officer (PCO).
Draft reports, propose solutions and works, and apply and submit necessary documents related to PCO works.
Job Specifications:
Graduate in Industrial Engineering.
Knowledgeable on MS office.
Willing to be trained as PCO and safety officer.
Dynamic leadership skills and resourcefulness.
Ability to handle people of varied backgrounds
Capable of handling occupational hazard and stress
Good in oral and written English communication skills.
Organized and results-oriented
Honest & trustworthy.
