We are currently looking for a IMPEX PROCESSOR
 
Qualifications:
Any 4 Year Course Graduate, A Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration is an advantage
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Hardworking, Result oriented and can do multitasking job
Willing to be trained and fast Learner
Can work with Less Supervision
Preferably with background of Import and Export process
Familiar with local customs and regulations
Working knowledge in international shipping (sea & air)
Good English communication skills
With MS Office Application skills and intermediate in MS Excel
Experience in handling multiple tasks with competing deadlines and coordination in multiple levels.
Can Start ASAP
Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate with customer broker for permits & forwarder/courier for shipment booking & pick-up
Ensure that planned shipment & delivery schedules are timely informed and are met.
Prepare required shipping documentation (invoice, PL, AWB, CO), Import/Export permit.
Monitor shipment & delivery, shipping cost and billings from forwarder, make weekly & monthly reports.
And other tasks assigned from time to time
