Requirements:
Graduate of Psychology or Human Resources Management
At least 1 year of working experience is required for this position.
Proven track record in end-to-end HR management
Experience in payroll processing and timekeeping
Willing to work in Valenzuela City
Responsibilities:
Execute and supports the day to day operations of the HR department
Process documentation and prepare reports
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, etc) and takes minutes
Responsible for recruitment, facilitates screening, interview and exams
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Employee Relations
Employee Discipline
Training and Development
External Relations
Provides administrative support and other admin related duties.
Soft and Technical Skills:
Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Gmail
Business writing
Strong business acumen and accuracy in reports
Knowledge in graphic design is a plus
Knowledge in labor policies and government mandated contributions
With good moral character and professional work ethic
Detail-oriented, diligent and self-motivated
Strong analytical, interpersonal skills and must be able to work with minimal supervision
Good time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
Pleasant and outgoing personality
