JOB DESCRIPTION
Implement, reinforce, and administer company and employee policies.
- Well-versed in labor laws, regulations, and compliance.
- Handling staff and implementing disciplinary procedures.
- Recruitment, interview, and assessment of candidates.
- Select the most qualified candidates for a final interview with the employer.
- Organize hard and soft copies of employee records.
- Planning and overseeing employee benefits and programs.
- Maximizing employees’ talents through workforce planning.
- Managing the Philhealth, SSS, and Pagibig matters of all employees.
- Managing and monitoring the leave of all employees.
- Managing and monitoring the time-in/out, overtime/undertime of all employees.
- Managing, planning, implementing, and monitoring the training program.
- Proactive and dedicated
JOB QUALIFICATION
1. At least one year of experience in labor Relations and compliance.
2. At least one year of experience managing compensation and benefits program
3. At least 3 years of experience working in the human resources field.
4. With a high level of customer service skills.
