Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the payroll processing of all employees in a semi monthly basis. Also responsible for processing and monitoring all government mandatory contributions, benefits and/or loans (SSS, PHIC & HDMF) and Withholding Tax of all employees.
Job Qualifications:
Must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Human Resource Development Management, Psychology, or its equivalent.
Must have at least 1-2 years related experience as Payroll/ Compensation and Benefits In charge
Acquainted with HR main functions such as: recruitment and training, compensation and benefits administration, employee movement monitoring, handling of employee performance issues and procurement is a plus.
Proficient in MS Applications particularly MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Fresh graduates are welcome.
