What does this role entail?
 
The purpose of this role is to have a very positive, hands-on Human Resources Officer who supports the HR Managers for Administration and Office related tasks.
 
What can I contribute in my role?
Labor Relations and Performance Management
Conduct and oversee performance management procedures
Facilitate and implement corrective action for employees
Ensure that HR policies and procedures are up to date
Recruitment and Onboarding
Assist with recruitment in coordination of applicants; job posting, initial screening, interview scheduling, background checking, interviewing and other related tasks
Assist in the entry and exit processes for new hires and exiting team members
HR and Payroll
Assist with HR, Payroll and bookkeeping tasks as required
Coordinate with Payroll Team for attendance concerns of employees
What are the proficiencies expected of me?
Refined communication and coaching skills
At least 1 year experience in Employee Relations and HR Administration
At least 1 year experience in end-to-end Recruitment
Proficient in understanding of the Philippines Labor Code
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, BSBA HRDM, or any equivalent degree
Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint knowledge
