HR OFFICER
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any similar field
Has at least 1 to 2 years experience in HRD-related functions such as but not limited to the following: Training and Employee Relations
Excellent oral and written English communication skills with well-honed presentation skills
Proficient in various MS Office application
Adept in planning
Willing to be assigned in Basak, Lapu-Lapu City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains, oversees and upholds the training standards and process of documentation.
Updates and maintains Training Records
Monitors progress of Training Plans
Organizes Training based on Training Plan (Facilitator, Participants, Training Assessment)
Assists HR Manager in monitoring progress of Competency Assessment Program and Employee Development Plan
Coordinates, consults and discusses with HR Manager on matters relative to labor relations.
Assists in the preparation of documents for internal and external audits
Performs task to be given by the HR Manager
