What We're Looking For:
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in Human Resources in the BPO industry.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance.
Excellent discretion and confidentiality management.
Location and Schedule: Amenable to work onsite at Cebu Business Park, with an 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule.
