Responsibilities:
Be the Benefits Guru: Process and administer company initiatives verify eligibility, maintain enrollment data, and answer employee questions with a smile.
Government Remittance Ninja: Ensure timely and accurate payments of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other contributions - you'll be the champion of compliance, keeping our company squeaky clean with the authorities.
Communication Champion: Be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, patiently addressing employee concerns about benefits and remittances.
Process Pathfinder: Don't just follow the map, redraw it! We encourage suggestions to improve how things are done - your ideas could revolutionize the HR landscape!
Master of the Interruption Marathon: Juggle multiple tasks with grace, switch gears like a Formula One driver, and always know where you left off .
Transparency Trailblazer: Keep your supervisor in the loop, no matter how small the update. We value open communication and believe everyone deserves to be in the know.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required or related coursework a plus.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration or a related field.
Deep understanding of government regulations on benefits and remittances a plus but not a requirement.
Organizational and time management skills.
Communication and interpersonal skills that charm the even the most frustrated employee.
