Job Description
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department within a business or organization.
Ensure that the housekeeping staff is adequately staffed and trained in order to provide optimal customer service to guests.
Ensures that the necessary supplies are readily available and are of high quality.
Responsible for developing the budget and ensuring that all financial goals are met.
Overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping staff
Supervising and training staff members
Ensuring that the housekeeping staff provides high quality service to guests
Handle customer complaints and disputes
Scheduling staff shifts and allocating resources
Coordinating with other departments, such as front-of-house and security
Monitoring and reporting on performance levels
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
Female applicants are preferred for this role.
Must have a hotel and fine dining experience.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and deadline orientation
