Job Description
ead the housekeeping team, ensure team members comply with high standards of cleanliness and sanitation protocol, and oversee the housekeeping department budget
Manage the daily activities of the Housekeeping department to include appropriate cleaning of all bedrooms, public areas and offices.
To adhere to all meetings such as health and safety, infection prevention and control, monthly team meetings.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Training new and current employees
Maximizing customer satisfaction and responding to customer complaints
Appraising staff performance and providing feedback
Create reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses
