HOTEL SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER
RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the Sales and Marketing campaign officer for Hotel and Restaurant.
Knowledgeable in Hotel and Restaurant branding
Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth in revenue and profitability.
Develop and implement specific marketing and sales plans consistently with growth and profitability goals of all hotel products and services.
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing methods including online travel agency (OTA) platform and distribution channels.
Provide market competitive intelligence sales account executives through market research, Trend analysis and other data gathering methodologies and resources.
Recruit, develop and challenge a highly motivated, Technically competent and Loyal team that can deliver results and grow into additional responsibility and leadership in the organization.
Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies and provide direction to the Operations Manager.
Generating new business leads.
Direct the planning and development of sales department and product communications materials to establish and maintain a consistent and professional corporate image including website.
Develop and meets budgeted financial goals.
Participate in trade shows and conferences, representing Management and the company.
Leads the staff in developing strong customer relations.
Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns.
Organizes advertisements and promotional campaigns for products and services thru Social Media platforms (FB, Instagram, Twitter etc.)
Overseeing hotel branding.
Manage and coordinate with the hotel's website team to post press releases, articles, and other marketing info on the website with the latest promotions.
Conducts market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
Coordinate with other departments on the approval of requests and requirements.
Perform daily interaction by means of telephone calls, e-mails, messenger among others.
Assist in other marketing and administrative operations.
Assist in mini programs for other sections/departments.
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of a bachelor's degree preferably in Communication, Marketing, or Advertising
Has at least three (3) years of related working experience in hotel industry.
Has strong Marketing knowledge and background.
Possesses excellent communication skills.
Has excellent customer service skills.
Able to build good working relationships and deal with different types of individual.
Well-organized, methodical and has keen attention to details.
Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Suite)
