A PHILIPPINE HGV CE DRIVER'S LICENSE COMBINED WITH AN INTERNATIONAL DRIVING PERMIT ISSUED BY THE PHILIPPINE AUTOMOBILE ASSOCIATION IS NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR THIS POSITION.
