Position Overview:
The General Manager will be responsible for the overall operational management, leadership, and strategic direction of the company. This position requires a strong leader with excellent decision-making abilities, operational oversight experience, and a passion for the online gaming industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure all departments are working efficiently and effectively.
Lead and mentor a diverse team, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across all functions.
Develop and implement operational strategies that support company goals and growth objectives.
Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, reporting, and financial forecasting.
Work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, clients, and business partners.
Promote a positive company culture that fosters teamwork, creativity, and innovation.
Handle customer relations, addressing any concerns or escalated issues that may arise.
Lead business development efforts, seeking new opportunities for growth and expansion.
Qualifications:
MBA (Master of Business Administration) or related advanced degree (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (required).
At least 5 years of experience in a senior management role, with proven experience in leadership, operations, and strategic planning.
Experience in the online gaming industry is a plus.
Strong financial acumen and proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically, with a focus on long-term growth and sustainability.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex issues under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with knowledge of other relevant tools and software.
