At least 2 years of related work experience

Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement long and medium term strategic plan of the section in alignment with the department's goals and objectives.
Manage administrative functions such as office management, procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
Control and administration of corporate residential housing.
Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of office facilities (Except IT Related), including space planning, and utilities management.
Manage the administration and maintenance of employees' service vehicles.
Manage the maintenance of the admin building, clubhouse and guesthouses.
Plan, initiate, and implement construction, replacements, and or repairs of employees' facilities in the Plant Site.
Prepares and manage section's budget ensuring cost effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
VIP and company special guests' management ensuring= exceptional service from arrival to departure.
Provide leadership and guidance to subordinates fostering fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
