FRANCHISE COORDINATOR
Qualifications:
Preferably a graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Hotel Restaurant Management
At least 2-5 years a variety of experience in managing a restaurant fast food chain and/or retail
Experience in any Retail and Restaurant company is an advantage
Knowledgeable in retail/ restaurant staffing and operations from procurement of raw materials and supplies to customer services.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong leadership, self-motivated, assertive, and customer-oriented.
Ensures compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations
Monitors product quality
Fosters positive customer and employee relation
Attention to details
WORKDAYS: Monday -Saturday
Work Schedule: Flexible Schedule
Rate: 25-35,000 Monthly
