Helpmate Services Incorporated (HSI for brevity), is a corporation duly organized under Philippine Laws, engaged in providing janitorial, messengerial, manpower and comprehensive agricultural services to its clients in the different areas of  Visayas and Mindanao.  HSI was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 26, 2004 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Helpmate Services Incorporated, a 100% Filipino owned corporation also registered with the securities and Exchange Commission on March 21, 1966.
 
The principal and operating office of Helpmate Services Incorporated is at 330 N. Bacalso Avenue, Cebu City. It has branch offices in the cities of Tacloban, Cagayan De Oro City, Davao City and a Satellite office inside Nestle Facility in Magdum, Tagum City.
 
FORKLIFT OPERATOR
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Loads and unloads products and other materials within the terminal, warehouse, and port. 
Unload inbound shipments safely and move products to storage locations  
Move goods in crates around the storage facility  
Stacking goods in the correct storage/rack following inventory control instruction & FIFO policy 
Ensure forklifts are always in good tip-top condition.
Prepares and submits shift/turnover reports.
Ensures all necessary documents/records pertaining to auditable files are kept,
Implement/Comply with safety procedures and practices in accordance with company standards,
Perform other tasks as needed / or as advised/instructed by the department manager/head/supervisor.         
 QUALIFICATIONS
Problem-solving ability; and
Ability to prepare clear and concise reports
Ability to make decisions and act quickly under stress.
Ability in oral expression
Tact and ability to meet the deal with a wide variety of persons in all walks of life.
JOB SPECIFICATION
With NC II / NC III certificate as Heavy Equipment Operator is an advantage
Can work less supervision, highly motivated and self-driven
With a strong personality, and with a high sense of urgency
Willing to render overtime
Ability to work efficiently in a multi-tasking environment
