Duties/Responsibilities:
Analysis of accounts and monthly closing activities Monthly settlement of Project Cost to Reserve
Sales Report for subs, Revenue Recognition, P&L Closing of subsidiaries, Balance sheet closing of projects and JV companies and Pre-closing activites
Statutory Financial reporting (SEC and BIR) including Income Tax Return preparation
Analysis and preparation of monthly financial statements. Ensures Accounting Standards are adhered to
Primarily responsible during interim and year-end financial audit (preparation of schedules, coordination with auditors, and completion of other audit requirements)
Identify new/possible process improvements that could benefit the organization
Support for project close out activity analysis
Support clean-up of accounts initiatives
