ERT CLERK
Scope of work
Monitors and updates accomplishment reports and records needed by the ERT which are shared within the organization such as:
Permit Renewals
Personal Protective Equipment inventory and issuances
Reports submitted to various government agencies
Progress reports related to ERT/SO/PCO initiatives
Conducts periodic audit on implemented health and safety practices in the organization
Store, file, documents and reports related to ERT
Records minutes of the meeting when assigned
Checks status of committed actions taken during ERT meetings
Monitors and updates ERT scorecards
Qualifications
Graduate of any 4 years or vocational course
Has 1 year experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably in furniture making
Must be familiar with MS Office applications
Proficient in both written and oral communication
Organized, efficient, reliable, discreet, and flexible in a highly dynamic and multi-tasked environment
Must be able to maintain the highest standard of confidentiality and professionalism; must have the maturity to use discretion and diplomacy
Can deal with different levels of the organization
