HPOI Corporation, a company engaged in manufacturing of high precision plastic optical lenses and an affiliate of Optoflux GmbH, a company based in Nuremberg, Germany, is expanding its market in automotive, medical, lighting and sensor technology.
 
For expansion purposes we are looking for experienced individuals to fill in:
 
ENGINEERS FOR ACTIVE ALIGNMENT
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
Set up and operate injection and compression molding machines
Set machine controls, regulating molding temperature, molding pressure and time, according to injection and compression molding procedures.
Manage all molding process parameters.
Coordinate with other production section, engineering, quality assurance and other support group to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of operation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering course or any related technical course
With (5) years’ work experience in any of the following: injection molding and compression for optical, automotive, medical lenses, active alignment, glass manufacturing, sensor, sterilization and other related products
Experience in operating injection and compression molding machine is advantage
Ability to evaluate and prioritize a variety of task to ensure a timely and accurate completion.
Willing to travel oversea
Enthusiastic, persistent and creative thinker
Must have strong work ethics
