JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a solid understanding of various online marketing channels. Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Monitor and analyze website traffic, user engagement, and conversions to optimize marketing strategies.
Create engaging content for digital platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
Utilize SEO strategies to enhance the visibility of the company's website and content.
Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing efforts.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to develop cohesive marketing strategies.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company's marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience (1-2 years) in digital marketing or a similar role.
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media platforms, and digital advertising tools.
Strong communication skills and the ability to create engaging content.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.).
Basic knowledge of web design and development (preferred).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits:
Competitive salary within the range of PHP 18,000 - PHP 25,000 per month.
