HIRING: DIGITAL MARKETING
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; additional education or training in sales or automotive-related fields is a plus.
Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry. Online sales experience is an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and confidently overcome objections.
Excellent computer skills and familiarity with online communication channels, CRM systems, and inventory management tools.
A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term customer relationships.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.
With valid driver's license.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage with online customers through various channels, including phone calls, live chat, email, and social media, to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process.
Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, providing them with detailed information about our automotive inventory, pricing, and financing options.
Conduct virtual vehicle walk-arounds and provide accurate descriptions to customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by offering test drives, explaining warranty options, and providing financing information.
Collaborate with the sales team to set up appointments for customers who wish to visit the dealership in person.
Stay up-to-date with automotive industry trends, new vehicle releases, and competitive offerings to better assist customers and provide outstanding service.
Utilize our CRM system to record customer interactions, manage leads, and follow up effectively to close sales.
