Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase job application leads on our recruitment website and generate sales for our corporate website. You will work closely with our team to identify opportunities to improve our marketing efforts and develop campaigns that target our key audiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase job application leads to our recruitment website and generate sales leads and conversions for our corporate website.
Lead marketing project initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing project initiatives are completed on time and within budget; and to identify opportunities to create, execute and improve marketing strategies.
Develop campaigns that target our key audiences.
Manage social media accounts and marketing campaigns to increase our online presence and drive traffic to our website, including email marketing social media, and display advertising.
Develop and implement engaging content for our website and marketing materials that reflects our brand and messaging.
Write and edit marketing copy for a variety of channels, including emails, social media, website content, and other marketing materials.
Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Monitor targets and report progress for recruitment and sales to ensure that corporate goals are being met
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
Develop and implement PR strategies to promote in events (Recruitment and Corporate) including creating media releases, social media content and increase attendance.
Build and maintain relationships with social outlets, business partners (corporate brands and employer brands), and industry professionals to secure invitation and endorsements for events.
Develop and create offline marketing strategies and materials that promote recruitment, products or services, and company talks, including designing and producing marketing collateral such presentation materials, digital brochures, banners or flyers, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
3 years proven experience as a marketing officer or similar role.
Knowledge of marketing tools, techniques, and strategies.
Knowledge of business and sales growth techniques.
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing marketing campaigns.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of the interaction design industry and related trends is a plus.
Resident of NCR or any nearby provinces in Luzon
