What is the role?
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be Reporting into the Marketing Director and will be responsible for customer acquisition / lead generation and conversions through paid advertising on google search, display, social media and other platforms.

Key responsibilities
· Set up and manage all paid marketing campaigns across Google ( Search & Display), Facebook, Instagram and other platforms.
· Carry out extensive paid SMS marketing campaigns with database providers
· Carry out Email marketing Campaigns with external parties who have access to market database.
· Connect and drive paid partnerships with other relevant partners in the online space to increase brand and product awareness.
· Execute acquisition strategies to drive long-term revenue change.
· Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics.
· Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment
· Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends.
· Collaborate with creative and promo teams to guide A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns to identify what works best.
· Develop and monitor campaign performance using top analytics tools (pro-level Google Analytics and Tag Manager knowledge is a must).
· Create tracking (tagging) and reporting system for campaigns/platform performance (attribution, measurement, analytics) and establish KPIs.
· Report to senior management on budgets spent vs conversions and traffic on a biweekly basis.
· Work with automation platforms to devise strategies and algorithms to create a seamless automated marketing journey using Omnichannel engagement, real-time analytics, personalization tactics & remarketing initiatives.
Who we need?
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· 3+ years' experience in acquisition marketing and performance/growth marketing with direct oversight of SEM, display, retargeting, paid social, and funnel optimization
· Pro-level Google Analytics knowledge is a must
· Driven by numbers and analytics, research-oriented with good report creation skills.
· Certifications in Google AdWords / Google Analytics preferred
· Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices
· Good understanding of and capability to lead conversion rate optimization, brand awareness and attention, content marketing, and website merchandising efforts.
· Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-sensitive; takes initiative and anticipates needs.
· Excellent communication skills demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
· Experience managing external vendors (e.g. Google, Facebook) and agencies (e.g. media, social).
· Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing
