DERMA NURSE / AESTHETIC NURSE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs skin aesthetic services for clients according to individual requests or specifications outlined in the client contract. Comply all the medical protocols and perform all the services with the highest standards of care
Analyze individual client's request; determine, communicate and manage client expectations regarding the treatment.
Establish and maintain rapport with clients in order to ensure overall customer service satisfaction of clients
Understand the uses of the aesthetic related equipment's, ensuring its proper and regular maintenance.
Accurately and thoroughly check the clients' charts and assist client charts filing.
Train new staffs or providers
Take pre- and post- treatment photos of client treatment area according to protocol
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms between each client.
Educate clients on additional services to facilitate additional sales (re-ups)
Educate and update non-medical personnel on aesthetic machines so as to ensure the provision of quality
Marketing the products and treatments while on the closing of the procedures
Answer incoming calls, appointments, inquiries for the treatment process
Travel between clinics as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Nursing, or any medical course
Must be a registered or licensed nurse or equivalent*
Atleast with experience working in a Aesthetic clinic
Has genuine concern for clients by consistently providing a remarkable customer experience
Sociable and able to interact with different types of people
With professional bearing and vibrant personality
Has passion for BEAUTY
