Job Description
Assist in the preparation and production of Cook-Chill and smoked products.
Ensure the correct handling, storage, and preservation of chilled and smoked items.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all kitchen operations.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Others or similar fields.
With Vocational or Culinary Certificate
2+ years of experience as a Demi Chef de Partie with a focus on Cook-Chill and smoking techniques.
Proficient in handling and preparing smoked products, ensuring quality and food safety.
Knowledge of Cook-Chill processes and proper storage methods.
