Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management or any related course
With at least 6-12 months experience in handling delivery dispatching
Knowledgeable in planning techniques & organizational skills
Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft office such Word, Powerpoint & Excel
Ability in leadership & management
Good communication skills
Prior experience in leadership & management is a plus.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage vehicle routing and scheduling to optimize delivery times and improve operational efficiency.
Supervises drivers with leadership, communication and develops teamwork among the operation
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, invoices and other required documents
Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and priorities of the organization
Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
Salary: Php 14,000.00
