·         Perform marketing and collection function.
·         Accept new applications from unit-owners.
·         Handle cash collection or accept payments and keep the cash box secured.
·         Issue OR/AR
·         Establish and maintain accurate records and files like subscriber’s database, deposited reports, etc.
·         Add new subscribers and add plan in Integrated Management System (IMS).
·         Create payment in the IMS and record payments in the Aging of Receivable monitoring.
·         Make sure that Application Forms and other documents in the sites are properly filed.
·         Compute installation cash-out.
·         Make a JO (Job Order) Form and schedule new installation.
·         Prepare devices for installation.
·         Print flyers for marketing drive.
·         Make sure that cable boxes are properly monitored like if there are subscribers unpaid for 1 month, boxes should be pulled-out from their units.
·         Keep the devices/routers in the designated cabinets.
·         Distribute Billing Statements on the last week of the month and make sure that all bills will be distributed before due date.
·         Assist and make sure that Bills Reminders template are broadcast and done on the schedule date (usually before due date).
·         Collection text and call follow-up every after due date.
·         Send Notice of Disconnection.
·         Implement the Standard Collection Procedures and make sure that collection and marketing targets are reach.
·         Prepares Deposited Reports, cash count for and cash/check collection for deposit.
·         Assist unit owner’s inquiry.
·         Conduct and inventory of materials.
·         Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the Data Center.
·         Perform other duties as required.
 
Qualifications
 
Must be a graduate of any 4 year course
Be able to stay calm especially under pressure
Experience in Credit and Collection is a plus
Must be excellent in both written and oral communication skills
Has the ability to organized and prioritize work assignments
Detail-oriented who take accurate and informative notes for subscribers records and follow proper company procedures and policies
