Rate: $3.5 - $4/hr, and earn 40,000 PHP +/month.
Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm EST (Canada) Monday-Friday, 2x 15 minutes paid, Lunch 1 hour Unpaid
 
Qualifications:
2 to 5 years' experience in customer service
Knowledge of the JD Edwards system (ERP system)
Competent in MS Office Suite
A team player that works effectively under stress Is autonomous, self-starter and can
time-management
Flexibility and Adaptability
Listening skills are a must for this position - understanding the customer's needs
Proficient English communication skills both written and verbal
Responsibilities:
Answer client calls, identify their needs and respond in a professional, efficient an courteous manner
Serve as first point of contact for orders
Enter and process orders
Respond to client emails and transfer to the appropriate department for resolution.
 Provide assistance and problem resolution to clients in areas of order status and product
availability.
Accomplish any other task related to customer service
