CUSTOMER CARE & SUCCESS SPECIALIST
 
Job Summary
 
The Customer Care & Success Specialist directly reports to the Customer Care Group Leader and is responsible for ensuring the success of the client's availed packages, which means getting to hire a candidate.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform outbound calls to all clients with active and/or expiring postings to check if they hired candidates for the position.
Provide clients with ad recommendations based on standards when posting effective ads.
Assist clients with posting extension requests.
Answer clients' queries during call sessions.
Manage job postings for Mynimo clients.
Activate paid contracts and load clients' posting credits on the website.
Upload employer banners and logos.
Manage Facebook and other social media postings, including LinkedIn.
Facilitate uploading of resumes from Facebook to the Mynimo website.
Take charge of refining Facebook leads and University leads provided by Growth Department.
Take charge of the job alerts enrollment.
Create and process client requests in a timely manner, process requests for rush posting concerns, and review pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer success.
Answer customer inquiries, schedule meetings, and follow up with customers about their order status, mainly through calls.
Manage customer accounts and provide troubleshooting assistance for orders, account status, and other problems, mainly through calls.
Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate head from time to time.
Job Specifications
 
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any course
Years of relevant work experience:
At least 1 year experience in Customer Service or related job.
Technical Competencies:
Has excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Has a strong affinity for sales and customer service.
Has advanced computer and typing skills.
