COMPANY SECRETARY OFFICER
Job responsibilities
Handle full set of company secretarial matters and incorporation of client companies
Liaise with clients for company formation, maintain and handle full set of company statutory records
Update statutory records and filing system
Handle working visa application for clients
Arrange bank account opening meetings, prepare documents and KYC review
Follow up enquiries of clients, Inland Revenue Department and Companies Registry
Ad-hoc assignments from time to time
We offer regular trainings to equip you with the skills and knowledge required in providing Company Secretarial services to our clients based in Hong Kong.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
With at least 3 years of experience as Company Secretary or similar administrative role
Conversant with Companies Ordinance and general secretarial practice
Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, has sense of responsibility
Mature, independent, and able to work under pressure and to meet intensive deadlines
Available as soon as possible
Full time, 5 working days a week
