JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide Emergency treatment to employees.
Document all employee injury and illness.
Work together with the Safety Officer in developing health and safety program.
Assess and determine the health status of the employee which includes recommendation like sent home or back to work.
Refers/ transports ill employees to the hospital as necessary.
Assess employee's examination results and refers to company physician for management; monitor recommendations and follow through until illness is cleared.
Conducts regular inventory of medicines and medical supplies.
Provides administrative support to HRD when needed.
Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
