Company Nurse/HR Assistant
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
Responsible for providing assistance to sick or injured employees.
A. Recruitment
1. Posts job vacancies at bestjobs and indeeds whenever necessary.
2. Administers exam to all applicants.
3. Assists in shortlisting applicants and conducting initial interview (via phone) for satellite vacancy applicants
4. Assists the HR Assistant for recruitment in conducting a character investigation.
5. Handles company announcement though email blast ( newly hired announcement and memo)
6. Files recruitment documents.
B. Act as company nurse
1. Checks blood pressures of drivers with hypertension before deployment.
2. Responsible for direct care to ill or injured employees.
3. Inventories and orders supplies and medication as needed.
4. Assists the safety officer in conducting employee orientations on awareness of DOLE mandated policies such as Drug awareness , HIV/AIDS awareness, Hepa-B awareness.
5. Maintains good relationship to other employees.
6. Performs other duties as assigned by immediate superior.
EDUCATION
Must be a Registered Nurse
EXPERIENCE
With 1 -2 years of experience in the same field

COMPETENCIES
KNOWLEDGE
- Must have considerable knowledge of planning and zoning
SKILLS
- Good Oral & Written Communications Skills

- Must have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and writing
