Job Description
Responsible for food preparation and cooking duties whilst ensuring a consistently of high quality food products and service.
Conduct food preparation and cooking duties ensuring all items are prepared at quality standards.
Work effectively within a team environment to provide excellent internal service and to promote a positive working environment
Adapt to guests' dietary needs and requests, Mentor and motivate Apprentices ensure all items are prepared in line with the menu
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree holder.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
