Job Descriptions:
Monitoring and handling pipeline and support tickets.
Responding to patient inquiries and concerns through email and/or text messages.
Has basic knowledge of vital signs and other basic medical knowledge.
Communicate and work with your team and 'POD' to deliver results for clients
Communicate and work with our clients - owners of small- to medium-scale businesses based abroad
Be part of our journey in helping our clients to grow their business by contributing ideas, sharing valuable insights, and using your skills and expertise
QUALIFICATIONS:
A college degree, preferably in the medical field or any related.
Has excellent English communication skills.
Can work well with foreign clients.
