AHGS Next, Inc. is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company involving contracting of the operations and responsibilities of specific business functions or processes to a third party service provider in all phases, such as but not limited to, front and back office outsourcing, near shore and offshore outsourcing, Information Technology (IT) and the export business of software development, marketing, wholesale, distribution, and licensing; and to provide outsourced services, including but not limited to, software maintenance, customer service relations and technical support, for the international and local market with at least 60% of the products and services shall be exported.
 
Job Description:
- Communicate unmistakably and effectively with users.
- Promote good listening skills.
- Make advice to refine steps and specialized enhancements.
- Communicates appropriate choices for resolution in a well timed manner.
- Ensure all customers receive the highest level of service by answering inquiries and resolving issues, primarily through email and chat.
- Perform back-office tasks to complete customer concerns and requests with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Collaborate and work effectively with other team members to achieve the best results for all customer-related requests.
 
Qualifications:
- With or without call center experience. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Finished at least two (2) years in college or a Bachelor's Degree Holder
- Excellent English Communication skills (spoken and writing)
- Minimum keyboard skills of at least 35 words per minute
- Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple applications at the same time.
- Strong customer service skills (ability to build rapport, demonstrate empathy and outline key steps in delivering good customers service)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills to comprehend, solution and act on presented customer concern or problem.
- Amenability to work on site
- Amenability to work at night full time, shifting schedules, Philippines holidays
