Job Description
Service guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures, stocking cart with room supplies, replacing bed linens, and replenishing guest room supplies
Sweep, mop, polish, refinish resilient floors; vacuum and shampoo carpeted areas; perform all cleaning aspects
Coordinate room status updates with housekeeping: notifying of checkouts, late checkouts, early check-ins, and special requests
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
Candidates must be at least 24 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is a plus. Should have TESDA NCII or Trade Test Certificates in Housekeeping.
Should be knowledgeable in utilizing disinfectants and other cleaning agents for various fixtures.
Should be keen on the use of cleaning equipment & machines (i.e. vacuum cleaners, etc.).
Should be able and willing to clean various hotel areas.
Responsible for informing hotel management of any broken fixtures, appliances which would require repair or replacement.
Flexible and able to promote positive attitudes within the team.
Keen to maintain positive customer service relationships with all customers and colleagues.
