About the role
The Broker Network Manager is responsible for establishing, managing, and expanding relationships with real estate brokers and agencies to drive sales of the company's projects. This role involves developing strategies to optimize broker performance, coordinating training and support, and ensuring effective communication between brokers and the organization.
 
What you'll be doing
Act as the primary point of contact for brokers, addressing inquiries and providing necessary support.
Identify and recruit new brokers to enhance the company's sales network.
Develop strategies to expand market reach through broker partnerships.
Organize and conduct training sessions for brokers on company projects, sales techniques, and market trends.
Provide ongoing support to brokers, helping them effectively market and sell properties.
Organize networking events, open houses, and broker showcases to promote projects and foster relationships.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in real estate sales or broker management, with a strong understanding of the local market.
Proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
