BROKERS NETWORK ASSOCIATE - (CEBU URGENT)
 
JOB SUMMARY
 
Assists the Broker's Network Manager in handling the Brokers Network team in order to achieve the sales objectives in the respective area.
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Sales Generation
Assist Sellers and Brokers' inquiries and concerns
Conducts regular Realty visits and Broker's meeting
Conducts Sales activities such as but not limited to Sales Rally, Open House, Motorcade, roadshows, PKS, etc.
Conduct a competitor scan with corresponding analysis within the area of responsibility
Ensure that customer service ratings to stakeholders is excellent at all times by addressing their concerns in a real-time manner
Expansion of Broker's Network
Conduct Recruitment Drives such as but not limited to tapping of real estate organizations
Conduct an accreditation caravan in the area
Conduct an Annual Grand Accreditation
Others
Perform other Broker's Network tasks as may be assigned by the Immediate Superior
Job Specification
Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration, Mass communication
1 - 2 years of related work experience
Team player with leadership skills, excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, outgoing personality
