Regularly conduct farm visits and evaluate farm equipment and program and align with the company's standards. Conduct timely pre-placement and brooding compliance audit to ensure the optimal environment is provided for the flocks. Must ensure Farms/Sections follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements Provide direction and technical expertise in design, process improvement and development, data analysis, information/monitoring, and ventilation parameters and adjustments Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems Must provide technical training about successful broiler management practices to growers when required and serve as a technical mentor to team members Responsible for providing technical information and advising broiler farms on the importance of biosecurity programs and their related processes. Guide the growers and technical team of the farm on disease identification and early preventive methods for the prevention of diseases and controls. Management Attend Department Weekly Meeting Attend and present reports in the monthly Production Meeting Ensure standard operating procedures and project guidelines are in place Task allocation and performance evaluation of team members Project scheduling and resource management Perform other duties or functions that will be assigned by the superior. Coordinate and provide feedback to other departments (AHG, OES, Purchasing, Feedmill, Dressing Plant, Internal Farms and Hatchery) Identify resource and equipment requirements Oversee performance and help farm managers achieve target KPI and job objectives Qualifications: Graduate of Animal Science/husbandry, Agricultural engineering or related course Computer literate Demonstrates quality leadership Flexible Self motivated With at least 2 years practical experience in the poultry industry Has driver license and can drive 4-wheels
