1. Business and Marketing Analysis
Assesses competitive position of the branch, taking into account strengths and weaknesses vis a vis competition, using appropriate business tools.
Conducts surveys and other studies to gather customer data and information in compliance with the Customer Relations Management procedure.

Generates demand forecast per category as per Annual Business Plan.
Monitors actual performance and performs financial analysis to improve the profitability of the branch.
2. Formulation and Execution of Marketing Programs, Selling Strategies and Techniques
Formulates localized store marketing strategies/promos. Selects appropriate localized marketing programs to address gaps in the actual sales and target
Coaches branch employees and ensures that the selling techniques or processes defined by SALES and CUSTOMER CARE units are properly and faithfully implemented by store personnel to maximize the achievement of profit and revenue targets.
3. Implementation of Store Marketing Programs
Provides input to help determine whether and what modifications are required to ensure the suitability of programs.
Assigns roles, tasks, defines goals, timelines, and uses of materials.
Employs meetings and other communication mean to motivate and properly inform and train staff on promo mechanics.
Ensures proper utilization of promo materials at the right time and place.
Continuously monitors the proper execution of action plans.
Prepares post-promo evaluation, analysis, and recommendations, based on promo KPIs and objectives.
4. Customer Service
Attends to customer complaints with tact, speed, and finality of action. Coaches branch sales team l to handle customer complaints.
Ensures that employees faithfully practice proper behavior on good customer service
Implements post-sales policies on warranties, return, and exchange.
5. Inventory Management and Control
Sets or defines the ICO at the branch level
Implements physical/cycle count per week in coordination with Accounting's inventory team.
Reconciles physical count inventory with system inventory.
Proactively finds solutions to avoid stock-outs and maintain optimum inventory levels.
6. Branch Administration
Ensures proper implementation of policies and procedures to protect the branch from losses (cash and product), covering transfers and pull-out, control, pre-opening and post-closing checks.
Ensures faithful compliance to policies on cash handling and cashiering. Uses his/her access to the system to facilitate void transactions, deletions, and other changes in transactions.
Ensures cash management compliance at the branch level
Prepares daily sales reports and analysis (and submits data to the head office on a daily basis).
7. People Management
Identifies the manpower requirements of the store. Schedules manpower to match season/time requirements.
Uses effective styles and techniques and company rewards programs to achieve profit and revenue targets.
Performs appraisals. Recognizes good performance and provides constructive feedback.
Evaluate skills of staff and makes use of formal and coaching/mentoring techniques to insure competent performance.
Builds and mobilizes teams to work together to achieve targets.
Ensures that all ADAMCO people-related policies, management directives, and programs are properly communicated and implemented in the branch.
8. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making
Uses both quantitative and qualitative data to make sound decisions within the area of authority.
Commits to decisions made and are prepared to be accountable.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 2-3 Year(s) of progressive experience in Sales Management Experience leading a team of at least 2-3 people
