Job description:
Bookkeeping services
Bank reconciliations
Processing Payroll and,
Superannuation BAS/IAS preparation and lodgment
Preparing Payroll Tax Returns
Processing accounts payable and uploading.
Creditors Management of Profit and Loss and Balance Sheets End of month
Management reporting journals
Maintaining Fixed Asset Schedules
Assisting with admin tasks such as producing PDF packs and Letters.
Liaising with clients directly via email
Job qualifications:
Preferably five (5) years' experience in bookkeeping and Xero Software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Equipped with the highest regard for customer service and quality.
Experience in Australian bookkeeping Experience in Australian Tax would be an additional bonus.
Experience in Xero Practice Manager preferred but not essential Experience with Xero add on's including Dext (formerly receipt bank) and Hubdoc is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Qualifications in bookkeeping, accounting, or similar discipline
High level attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and self-manage.
Ability to liaise closely with colleagues to complete jobs.
